My client is a travel company at the forefront of the travel market specialising in package and tailor made holidays. They are a company who are dedicated to training and developing their staff.
They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated consultants to join their expanding team based in large open plan offices near to the industrial estate in Crawley.
This role involves taking incoming calls from potential customers who are looking to book holidays and additional benefits. This is a targeted but fun environment where excellent interpersonal skills at all levels are required to achieve and exceed these KPI's and earn commission
Working shifts including some weekends, you will be checking availability and confirming itineraries for holidays, exceeding customer expectations in a busy and fast moving environment.
Ideally candidates will come from a travel ground, although candidates with a sound and steady employment history, from a customer services or call centre back ground will also be considered if you have the right attitude.
Accurate keyboard skills, the ability to work under pressure and a high attention to detail are essential.
In addition to the basic salary of £13,200 - £16,000 per annum with an OTE of up to £30k ( typical commission £10k per annum), my client offers 25 days holiday per year (rising to 28), holiday concessions, travel discounts, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Permanent Health Insurance and Pension
