My client, a family run company, leaders in the retirement property market, is looking for a bright motivated and customer focussed person to work in their modern offices just outside Brighton (parking on site)This role involves taking incoming calls from potential customer who contact the company in response to nationally run advertising campaigns. The successful applicant will work in partnership with a field consultant, booking viewings for potential clients to view properties. It will also involve following up leads from previous calls.Good administration skills are required, as is an empathic and persuasive telephone manner. Approximately 1 years previous call centre telesales experience required, preferably to the general public. Estate Agency experience would be ideal.The basic salary for this role is £14k, with a very realistic OTE of £22,500.For further details, please forward your CV asap.
