The Company
My client is the leading provider of practical skills training courses to Companies around the world. The industries they deal with include Finance & Banking and International Law among others and pride themselves on the superb client they have recruited over the last 20+ years.
The Role
My client has a vacancy for a Russian Speaking Account Manager: You will be required to sell training courses to CEOs, Managing Directors and top level Executives of large Companies in Russia. You will do this by building rapport, qualifying and closing sales. You will build on existing relationships and win back lost clients. However, there will be no cold-calling required in this role.
Requirements
My client is looking for an Articulate Account Manager / Telesales person with the ability to converse with CEOs, Managing Directors and top level Executives. You will speak fluent Russian and ideally have a Telesales background however my client will consider applications from people who have worked within all targeted sales environments, mainly telesales.
The Rewards
This role pays £16-20k basic with a realistic OTE of £26-30k in your first year. The commission structure is uncapped so the more appointments you close the more you will earn. The current team are averaging between £26-35k per annum and some are earning in excess of £40k per annum with commission.
