A unique organisation based in the surrounding area close of Kings Hill offer a vast range of expertise and wish to recruit an additional member to join their thriving team. Utilise your business knowledge of key business operation and performance issues - perhaps you have managed your own business or have been extensively involved with the operations of a larger organisation? The successful candidate would be able to diagnose and analyse current business performance and provide a prescriptive rememedy individual to that client to enhance performance further or consult on other wide ranging business areas. You will be required to provide an action plan to \"add value\" in addition to periodically attending and reviewing workshops held across the country. Your business knowledge will also involve providing ad hoc advice, mentoring by email or phone, monitoring trends, gathering data, liaising with the Head of Marketing regarding press releases. This is a high profile role which requires you to be comfortable with high levels of self management and motivation. Your broad thinking and problem solving skills will be utilised to the full and it is essential that you are able to demonstrate good relationship building skills and be comfortable communicating with a wide range of clients at senior level.
