Team Leader New Business Admin Administrator : New Business Admin Team Leader THE REWARDS • £20,000 - £25,000 + Target bonus of up to £3000 PA • Pension scheme (after 6 months) • Bonus scheme (after 6 months) • Subsidised gym membership THE COMPANY My client is the one of the largest Premium Finance Companies in the UK. They are a market leader in their field and offer good job security in a friendly and tight team. They are a 9-5 company that are still growing in these hard times. THE ROLE Admin based role. To manage, coach and develop the team effectively in order to meet internal and external KRA\'s and maximise individual / team potential. Good ADMIN skills needed. • Ensure team is managed, coached and supported effectively • Ensure that operational effectiveness and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards • Focus and guide others in accomplishing work objectives • Produce and review management information including updates and recommendations • Manage on-going quality and ensure all present and future measures are fit for purpose • Monitor and manage team productivity and performance • Identify and undertake training and development programmes with team THE PERSON EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATION SKILLS • Experience of running Operational teams • Aptitude for coaching skills and abilities • Experience in quality control management • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written • High levels of personal motivation and initiative • Experience of working in the financial services (preferred) |
