Surbiton, Surrey �18000 - �20000 DJ138 permanent position	Credit Control : Loan Arrears Collector THE REWARDS �18,000 - �20,000 + Target bonus of up to �2000 PA THE COMPANY My client is the one of the largest Premium Finance Companies in the UK. THE ROLE To maximise the collection of monies owed to **** by it\\\'s clients � On a day-to-day basis make a high volume of outbound calls (60-80 per day) � Plan and organise caseload to maximise collections activity � Chase clients when loans fall into default � Administer insolvent accounts including liquidators, receiverships and administrations (lodging claims and pursuing dividends) � Ensure all collections activity is accurately documented and diarised in the database � Process client direct debits � Process client debit/credit card payments THE PERSON � Interpersonal skills � Assertive � Target-driven � Self-motivated � Planning and organising skills � Initiative � Calm under pressure � Commercial and legal knowledge � Negotiation skills � Team player � PC literate � Previous consumer debt recovery experience � Experience of working in a financial services environment particularly leasing or credit card company (beneficial)
