Basildon , Essex �80,000 - �120,000 DO4002 permanent position	If you are looking for a Managing Director position that will be challenging and rewarding then look no further. My client is a prestigious European based company that is looking for a dynamic Managing Director to head up and drive the business forward into 2009 and beyond. They are currently looking for a new Managing Director to take up the position this year and head up the companies UK and European based activities. Having had plenty of success the company is now moving into the next phase of its growth and requires a fresh approach with regards to new technology and people management. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge and background in the manufacturing field as well as a proven track record in people management, company direction and decision making. You will be able to make decisions at the highest level and work with a senior management team in delivering profit to the business. Within a short period of time you will need to be able to update the companies manufacturing processes as well as introduce a new style of management across the board. This is a role for a driven, dynamic individual that wants to make a difference. Six figure package which will include bonuses, car, PHI, Health care, DIS and pension.
