FACILITIES SUPERVISOR WITHIN SECURE COMPANY - vacancy filled
Canterbury, Kent �25,000 According to Experience MHDT permanent position	Expedite from your previous facilities management experience with all elements of Health & Safety, assist with the operation of all building services including internal and external maintenance of the office, general up keep of the premises to include mowing the lawn. Become actively involved with the administration of all company contracts to include renewal dates, tender documents and notice periods and ensure service level agreements are adhered to. You will also be extensively involved with special projects including office moves and fit outs. This role is reporting directly to the Facilities Manager and it is essential that you are able to update them regarding service levels in a conscise and timely manner in addition to developing good personal and working relationships.
