They have 75,000 customers. An opportunity has presented itself to cover maternity leave as an Interim HR Manager for a period of 12 months. It is essential that you have a background within Insurance or Financial Services within a HR Management capacity or an individual who is ready for the next step up who may be in a Senior HR Advisor role. As an integral part of the team you will provide hands on HR support to Managers on all HR issues including any disciplinary matters. You will understand and assist with the implementation of HR strategies, and keep up to date with any legislation changes that may affect the company and be able to recommend changes to company policies to reflect both the change strategies and legislation requirements. A further component of this role is to work closely with Legal and Compliance on policies, manage monthly payroll amendments and ensure good practice in relation to processes and procedures is maintained. As the Recruiting Manager you will also become responsible for the management of recruitment agencies, negotiation of rates and selection of appropriate job boards and ensure that colleague welfare for opportunities are maintained by managing the appraisal process for all departments. You should be able to make recommendations, design and conduct in house training and to continue to provide training already implemented. HR data management in addition to recommending and managing suitable HR award projects. The successful candidate will also have direct responsibility for the Facilities Manager/HR administrator and will therefore have overall accountability for front of house and office management. |
