Epsom, Surrey �35,000 - �45,000 MHDO4117 permanent position	My client is looking for an experienced Customer services Manager who has pure incoming call handling experience. The successful applicant will have managed a team of call centre staff and will be an all rounder with staff management, reporting and appraisal experience. You will also be able to work under pressure and ensure that the correct team is in place or recruit new individuals.
