The successful applicant will have a wealth of Facilities experience and be able to manage a whole range of suppliers as well as desk planning and insurance policies. Some of the major responsibilites under this role are as follows: � Manage supplier contracts regularly evaluating services and value for money � Negotiate and monitor company car fleet costs � Project manage refurbishment and decoration projects � Administer Company Insurance policies
