Online Media Telesales Executive Product: Online advertising Position: Online Media Telesales Executive Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 plus commission (our commission is uncapped and you would expect to earn about £800 per month in commission for just hitting your target. We also have various sales incentives throughout the year like trips to New York, Rome etc) Benefits: Share options, subsidised health insurance, interest free travel loan. Hours 9.00am – 5.30pm (missing target will result in working late in order to make up the deficit – this is the results business) THE TEAM Our sales teams are extremely dedicated, competitive, hardworking and fun – they especially like to earn money! JOB DESCRIPTION • Making B2B cold calls in order to sell online advertising across the website. This will include banners, enhanced listings etc • 100-150 calls per day but Quality rather than quantity is the key to success. • Working from a client database provided as well as sourcing your data from local newspapers, Yellow Pages etc • Hit minimum targets such as talk times, number of calls, revenue generated • This role is 100% new business and therefore you must be very proactive, tenacious and target driven with a HUGE will to succeed and hit target. Taking rejection is something that you must be able to handle! • A REAL SALES CLOSER IS REQUIRED TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT We continue to develop our sales professionals through team and individual training. All new starters take part in two days intensive training including listening in to experienced reps. There are excellent career development opportunities and as the company continues to grow you could expect to move into Field Sales, Team Leader, Account Manager or even into our Online Marketing Agency.
