Surbiton, Surrey �15500 + Bonus DJ182 part time permanent position	Inbound Customer Service Advisor THE REWARDS �15,500 OTE �16,000 + Quality bonus after 6 month probation THE COMPANY My client is the market leader in their field and they have a leading Customer Service Team A Customer focused person with INBOUND CALL CENTRE experience is required to work in this high quality Customer Service Department THE ROLE To provide a first class telephone and email service to all external and internal customers whilst maintaining accurate and detailed system notes. i.e. offer the best possible Customer Service. THE PERSON You will need good clear oral communication and good listening skills, a calm and friendly disposition, you will need to be organised, motivated, proactive and responsible, be a good team player and have computer / keyboard knowledge (inc email and internet)Some form of Customer Service experience would be very beneficial Our client offers an excellent working environment along with a quality bonus scheme after 6 months and some competitive benefits.
