My client is looking for a Territory Manager Sales within the leisure industry. My client is a market leader in lesiure equipment with 45% share of the UK market. The role will be to search and identify opportunities for new business within 5/6 different sectors in designated region and value range.Building relationships with existing clients in region through regular liaison and extending business opportunities where possible. Working to achieve sales and profitability target for area. Key Accountabilities ·Researching sales opportunities through networking, use of company database, internet, local knowledge etc to generate opportunities for sales visits.Following up sales leads with the purpose of generating sales.Establishing initial contact with prospect clients, identifying key decision makers within organisations, making sales appointments, conducting journey planning to ensure efficient and targeted use of time. ·Attending sales calls, conducting conversation to understand client’s business needs and using own knowledge of customer to put together a business sales proposal/ presentation which best meets the client’s needs. ·Presenting the solution to clients using appropriate methods for the client in question to ensure buy-in.Overcoming objections, negotiating the price and closing the business to achieve a sale. Building relationship with existing customers in patch through promoting brand, offering ongoing training, offering help with merchandising, discussing opportunities for progression/ evolution and ensuring service requirements are met to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. ·Building relationships within the internal team and managing the relationship between Head Office and the client.Motivating and mobilising internal resources through mutual respect e.g. Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. Effective journey and diary planning to provide a mix of A/B/C/D visits and tracking these on the mobile CRM to ensure accurate and timely information is available to the rest of the team and to Management to support the sales process. Accurate Forecasting using Excel to ensure management information is up to date and accurate. Taking measures to understand and further knowledge of industry so as to understand application of own products and services. The successful candidate will be Degree level educated with GCSE level Maths and English, a Clean Driving Licence and have an understanding and Experience of the Sales Process Work from home.Work involves travel 4 days a week. Visits to a number of different clients. Much of work done on own. ·Basic salary - £20-25k ·Bonus can take earnings up to £38k based on achievement of targets, are they quarterly/annually ·Company Car ·Mobile phone and Laptop provided ·Company credit card for business expenses including petrol ·Holidays 23 days ·Hours 37.5 between 08.00 to 18.00 but flexible to undertake the role ·Pension Scheme Employers contribution of 3% in first year and increases to 5% thereafter ·Private health care after 6 months ·Death in service cover |
