£22k Base- £60k OTE DJ191 permanent position |
Rewards: • £22k base OTE £60k + Day to day tasks: • Managing individual delegates trading journeys • Calling delegates from previous courses and understanding their training needs and trading goals • Discussing a plan of action / trading journey with delegates and keeping up to date records • Selling courses to meet the training needs of delegates • Creating awareness of ‘next steps’ and further courses • Managing sales spreadsheets and updating records (Nexus) At events: • Organising and briefing event team including speaker / client services representative / crew • Discussing plan of action with speaker based on advanced information e.g number of ‘serious traders in the room’ • Welcoming delegates to Offices • Completing welcome speech / sales pitch and close from the front of the room • Up-selling to delegates during break times (target is £1k per head in the room average room 30 – 50 delegates) • Adapting to challenges to maximise sales / over-coming objections / ability to close quickly • Reporting and updating management throughout the event to maximise performance and react where necessary. Skill set: • Confident and capable of presenting to a room • Able to assume a position of authority and motivate an audience (‘gravitas’!) • A1 physical presentation / ‘dresses to impress’ • Capable of selling face to face and on the phone • Capable of working in a team and individually • Objection handling • Persuasive selling • Ability to question / understand / close • Organised • Motivated • Innovative / able to adapt and change relating to situations / think outside the box • Believable • Able to learn and deliver product information to individuals and groups • Not overtly salesy Previous experience: • Experience of delivering sales pitches to groups (possibly other investment products!) • Face to face sales experience • Previous telesales experience |
