Are you a confident experienced telesales person with ambitions to go in to field sales? My client in the courier industry has an exciting, unique opportunity and is recruiting an experienced telesales person to start in the telesales department to then be promoted to field sales after a six week telesales/field sales training period. The field sales role will be based in Central London with a head office located in the Heathrow area. The successful candidate will be a self motivated individual with a proven track record of success in telesales, with the ability to remain focussed and prioritise effectively. The candidate must have a broad knowledge of local and worldwide geography and world affairs, the successful candidate will be competent to achieve targets set, be experienced with Word and Excel as well as having excellent numeracy skills. The candidate must also have good communication skills both written and oral as well as having a smart and professional appearance. Key responsibilities/accountabilities: • Meet new business sales targets within set timeframes after successful completion of your training programme. • Manage the day to day needs of your new business clients ensuring first class communication and servicing levels. • Fulfil the administrative requirements of your role accurately and on time. • Provide monthly sales reports and visits to that of your given KPI’s. • Liaise with other internal depts. as required, and provide information necessary to assist them. • Work cooperatively and supportively with the departmental team, and with other departments. • Demonstrate the personal qualities required of your role and as outlined in your job description.
