My client is looking for an Asset Management Specialist from an estate agency / property background, ideally: SpicerHaart, Countrywide, Connells or Lending Services ltd to liaise with sellers/owners of properties, who can deal with file transfers and generally chase up all the information that is required when buying or selling a property. You would ideally have a background in Property Services, conveyancing, property solicitors or estate agency and have experience working with people selling or buying property. This is a fantastic and relatively rare opportunity to join a new team and to be an integral cog in their machine. The role is paying between £23 and £30k based on Experience and what you can bring to the party! |
