My client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function by planning, organising and positioning products into the target markets to meet or exceed monthly budgets. The sales and marketing manager will manage the sales force to sell these products to achieve set targets. My client is in the medical industry so medical experience/background will be essential. Performance Measures „XManage the Marketing Team to ensure the efficient and effective marketing and sales support for the assigned product ranges. „XDevelop strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned product ranges. „XAssist in the conception and development of strategic divisional business plans. „XManage the sales team to achieve area and corporate targets. „XDevelop sales activities to promote new and existing product lines. |
