My client is seeking professional telesales consultants. Telesales and sales experience is necessary. The successful telesales consultant will have excellent sales skills and be able to close sales over the telephone, and preferably have B2C telesales experience. Key responsibilities: •Warm calling clients •Selling and booking client meetings to offer clients opportunities, in order to engage in face to face sales •Generating ‘Ambassadors’ to assist with the close •Generating and winning referrals for increased sales •Each telesales consultant will be formally trained •Each telesales consultant will be expected to meet specific weekly KPI’s designed to ensure each consultant meets their weekly sales target of 5 deals. Salary •22k reducing to 12k after 6 weeks once sales pipeline is in place •£50 commission per close, increasing to £100 commission after 6 weeks •OTE 36-40k+ |
