Credit Team Leader - vacancy filled
Epsom, Surrey �40000 + Bonus DJ238 permanent position	A new position has arisen for a Credit Team Leader. You will be the Credit Team Leader for a team comprising of 6 Analysts and 4 small deals team who will be responsible for assessing the pros and cons of the suggested loan. The main part of your job as Credit Team Leader will be to ensure your team identify and mitigate risk as appropriate whilst maintaining client and customer relationships. You will also need to maintain quality of quotes and papers and manage all client expectation You will report directly to the Head of Credit and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth working progress. You will come from a Banking Background and ideally have some experience as a Credit Team Leader. Some of your responsibilities as the Credit Team leader will be; � Liaise with Underwriting and Finance � Make an initial assessment of Credit Risk and safety � Prepare papers for sign off � Maintain and work within all SLA�s � Price deal accordingly and submit to Head of Credit for approval and sign off � Train and coach staff � Communicate price and terms to all clients
