Quality Assurance Officer - vacancy filled
Epsom, Surrey �25000 DJ239 permanent position	My client needs a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure all operational aspects and rigour of their financial business are going in the direction they should be. You should be an experienced Quality Assurance Officer with some knowledge of Quality Assurance in the financial / insurance industry. You will be spot checking and reviewing all internal controls and audits to ensure their �License to trade� is maintained and that operational loses are minimised. As the Quality Assurance Officer you will maintain, implement and embed the required operational frameworks and practises across their operations arena acting as the central point of contact for Control and Governance issues. Operational management; � Champion change. � Collate, Analyse and deliver streamlined operational Rigour MI to the Head of Operations highlighting and addressing areas of weakness and concern. � Drive and deliver a �step change� in operational Rigour providing knowledge support and guidance as required. � Ensure appropriate training and coaching is available to meet the needs of the staff in regard to compliance and rigour procedures. � Undertake a series of structured, independent and unannounced reviews to asses our level of conformance. � Recommend and implement change whilst educating reluctant parties to the necessity of change and evolving.
