My client is seeking two experienced telesales persons with telesales experience to sell courses to private individuals and corporate accounts. Telesales experience is necessary with proven sales or telesales success. The two telesales vacancies that are available will involve inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will be experienced in sales and closing deals over the phone. The successful candidate will have a strong successful background of telephone selling products or services, demonstrable cold calling and closing skills; have a track record of achieving targets, be motivated and target orientated as well as having attention to detail in reporting and administration. Responsibilities The overall purpose of the role is to sell courses to private individuals and corporate accounts over the telephone. Key Responsibilities include: • In bound enquiries from leads provided via the web • Outbound sales calls to leads provided via the web or other channels • Achieving targets • Cold calling • Making 60+ outbound calls per day • Keep up-to-date records of sales activity on the ACT CRM system • Keeping up-to-date on relevant product offerings • Produce high quality training proposals • Proud and passionate about selling over the telephone • Minimum 2 years of successful telephone selling • A consultative selling approach • Demonstrable closing and cold calling skills • Focussed, high work rate and target oriented individual • First rate verbal communication skills • Attention to detail in written follow-up, reporting and administration • Self starter, high energy and strong commitment The Package: £18,000 - £30,000 Basic dependant on experience £50,000 OTE (the current telesales consultants are on £50k+) |
