PERSONAL LINES SALES MANAGER
�50-�100K permanent position	My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with Personal Lines sales experience. You will be in a hunter role and responsible for bringing on new business from established markets as well as diversifying into new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make recommendations to the Director of Personal Lines in respect of targets and plans to acquire new Personal Lines business. Prepare and work to short, medium and long term sales plans Gain entry to new brokers and insurers to discuss opportunities. Present to, pitch for and negotiate rates with potential new brokers Plan and manage the sale to trade set up process for new brokers Arrange the training for new broker acquisitions and ensure the successful inputting of conversion data at brokers offices. Ensure a successful handover of new brokers to the ongoing field sales account managers Attend sales conferences and other events to represent the Company and identify new business opportunities Report activity, progress and results regularly to the Head of Sales, the Director Personal Lines and the Executive Committee Maintain a high standard of professional behaviour and appearance in the market, to ensure maximum reputational benefit for the Company at all times
