ADMINISTRATOR

My client requires an experienced all-round Administrator to join their admin team, working alongside the Financial Advisors. You will need to be self motivated, able to work under your own initiative and willing to carry out any tasks as necessary.

THE ROLE:
• Working alongside two consultants and the Administration Manager
• Maintaining client records
• Franking and dispatching post
• Picking up the phone and handling customer enquiries
• Handling any enquiries from Insurance Companies
• Putting together new client files
• Scanning and filing
• Any other Ad Hoc duties and all general administration as required

THE PERSON:
You should:
• Have Administration experience
• Be professional and committed to the task at hand
• Be able to work with integrity and discretion
• Work under your own initiative
Experience (Desired but not essential)
• Knowledge of “1st Software” database
• Good working knowledge of Work/Excel/Outlook and Internet
• FSA experienced with knowledge of Pensions and Life Insurance products

THE PACKAGE:
• £18,000 - £20,000 Per annum dependant on experience
