New Business Development Executive THE COMPANY: My client is a global market leader in financial trader training and coaching. They have their headquarters in London and are an award winning international seminar company teaching people how to trade on the world markets. Due to the phenomenal growth into the international markets, they now require an additional New Business Development Executive for their London office. THE ROLE: • Earn huge commissions ongoing: You'll set up channels that will generate you commissions every month like clock-work. • Building and nurturing important key relationships: New business development to identify cost effective opportunities to promote the company including email, TV, press and radio • Implementing key proven marketing strategies: Creating, implementing, measuring and monitoring marketing campaign results. • High variety role using wide mix of marketing tools to generate business: Internet, emails, press, radio, TV, exhibitions and alliances • You will be using a wide variety of different skills: Negotiation skills, commercial awareness, time management, new business sales skills – face to face and over the telephone • Allow your creativity to flow: Overseeing design of website, marketing collateral and events materials THE PERSON: • Proven new business development track record • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good understanding of key marketing principles to grow a business • Self motivated • Entrepreneurially minded • Educated to degree level • No notice period is preferred THE PACKAGE • A basic salary of £23,000 – £25,000 • OTE of £35,000 which is uncapped and achievable • Gym Membership subsidy that covers most clubs membership fees |
