My client is looking for a Telesales Executive to develop and make appointments for a National Accounts team. The successful applicant will have previous telesales experience and be completely comfortable with contacting decision makers at a high level. You will have the ability to receive, sort and analyse data for own and other use and be able to prioritise, multi-task and work self-sufficiently You will be making quality appointments for a National Account Executive to visit prospective customers with a view to selling their products. The key tasks for this role are as follows: To make telephone calls to prospective National Account customers gathering core information and establishing the potential requirement for our products with a view to scheduling an appointment for a National Account Executive To email information to companies and follow up with a diarised call To keep a hotlist of prospective customers To achieve a target of 15 appointments per period To send out appointment confirmation emails To input new information onto contact management system following each call to update the information already held To input new company records onto company database To contact the National Account Executives regularly regarding specific opportunities, to gather lead details from them and request feedback on attended appointments To attend National Account meetings to report on results and successes To prepare notify National Account Executives of any appointments made |
