Parts Manager
�35000-�50000 PA363 permanent position	I currently have a vacancy for a Parts Manager for a prestigious car dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Parts Manager and have a proven track record of running a Parts Department. You will also have experience of managing a team of 10 or more people and be computer literate. Ideally you will have a good understanding of Kerridge and other stock reporting systems. A qualification at A-level standard or NVQ 4 is desirable but not essential. Experience working with prestigious cars is a benefit but not essential. We are looking for someone who is professional and target driven to achieve the levels set by the company on a quarterly and annual basis. You will need to be up to date on health and safety standards and to ensure the Parts department is kept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times. We are looking for someone who can organise the Parts department, including discipline, holidays and the general welfare of the staff and to effectively complete the staff�s 121�s in a timely manner. My client�s customers are their biggest asset and need to be dealt with promptly and courteously, keeping the missed call rate below 2%. You will be required to deal with enquiries and complaints in a competent and polite manner. Immediate Start Salary �35k-�50kOTE
