These positions will encompass working for a worldwide provider of technologically advanced, branded networking products, with a mission to be the preferred customer –driven provider of innovative networking solutions for small businesses and homes. Job Description: My client is seeking two candidates, preferably one with the ability to speak French/Flemish and another with ability to speak Dutch/Flemish. The Internal Channel Account Manager of the BeNeLux region, is key to the successful delivery of company services and customer satisfaction. The Internal Channel Account Manager (ICAM) will be focussed on recruiting, developing and managing value added reseller partners. You will need to develop and nurture relationships and take ownership for furthering client knowledge Key responsibilities of the role include: •Be able Identify and recruit Value Added Resellers (VAR’s) into the partner programme •Driving the value proposition throughout the managed account base •Promotion of new products and offers throughout the managed account base. •Provide reactive sales support to managed account base •Account manage 300+ UK VAR’s •Achieve revenue targets of 30% uplift in 2009 business revenues •Achieve activity level targets •Have detailed contract knowledge of client proposition, features, advantages and benefits •Follow defined quality standards for data entry and checking •Follow defined complaints and Escalation Procedures •Act Consistently in a professional manner and as a role model to all staff •Show a commitment to personal development and career progression •Be a team player to drive the company to be successful Person Specification: You will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Internal Channel Account Manager (ICAM) with a desire to succeed and work for your client, targeting the IT or Technology Industry. You will a highly organised team player with good time management skills who demonstrates ownership of self development and ongoing learning. •Must have channel and data networking experience •Experience in internal sales position selling to re-sellers or corporate end users •Experience in CRM/Databases •Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet usage, and contact management software •Experience in relation building, social networking, team player •Analytical, display’s decision making abilities •A strong communicator who influences through multi-level negotiator skills at corporate and board level •Goal orientated •Strong Verbal, written communication and listening skills. •Preferably Bi-Lingual •Preferably experienced at working in a busy multicultural environment In Return you will receive: •Basic Salary £21,000 •20% bonus |
