Telesales Supervisor
Central London �30000 - �35000 + �10000 - �25000 commission DJ402 permanent position	My client is in need of a dynamic and enthusiastic telesales Supervisor. You should be an experienced Telesales supervisor and ideally your telesales supervising would be in the on-line advertising arena. This is a �hands-on� Telesales Supervisor role where you will be expected to manage your own work load and targets while �supervising� your team You will need to be proactive and hardworking with a will-do mentality, a real and genuine target achiever / smasher and a great supervisor. You will require strong communication skills, both written and oral. You will need to be tenacious and determined to achieve and you will need to be very good at reporting so good Excel skills would be most beneficial You will be joining a company who is largely tipped to become an industry leader in the near future and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a company just before they become a household name, you could join them near the beginning of an exciting journey and even have some influence in how and where to steer the ship!. Salary �30 - �35K with an extra - �10 - �25K in commission � Ideally 2 years telesales experience � Previous Supervisory experience � On-line advertising experience � Proactive � Target hitter � Great negotiating and closing skills
