Job Description: The Account Manager is the first point of contact with clients and owns not just the day-to-day execution of activities but the ongoing retention and development of their accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for adding strategic input and adds value to client programmes through: Management of programme managers to ensure smooth running and profitability of programmes. Understanding client requirements and business drivers to create sustainable business models. Drive data driven sales and marketing programmes through an integrated services approach Recommending and implementing additional services with clients Building senior level client relationships and establishing trust and confidence with all contacts. Person Specification: When it comes to Account Management you will have experience of working directly with clients and building relationships within a target driven team. Furthermore, you will possess strong management skills and an ability to build a successful team. The successful candidate must also possess: Demonstrated experience in a telemarketing, lead generation and profiling role. Demonstrated experience of working in a business-to-business call centre. Commercial awareness and demonstrated knowledge of budgets and Profit and loss accounts Experience of managing projects. Demonstrated experience of Excel and Word. Demonstrated experience in a Hi-Tech, IT or Telecom background. Wide understanding of direct marketing and database marketing. In Return you will receive: Basic Salary £40,000- £42,000 |
