My client are one of the leading Printers in Europe, operating from one of the most modern and advanced sites in the industry, with capacity to grow. As a company, the British site prints for some of the most prestigious publishing houses in the industry, as well as for other well recognised publications and catalogues. Job Description: Managing a team of four in the colour service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the team and ensuring the quality of the print colour and inks. Other roles and responsibilities include: • Management of ColourPass and Customer Pass schedule. • Oversee operations and ensure task security. • Support Quality Manager in team development. • Manage attendance and absence within the team and T&A system. • Provide customer service and Satisfaction and be a main point of contact for special customers • Process Control Person Specification: When it comes to print, you will be a perfectionist with a passion for detail and high standards. You will be experienced at ink management and quality control and be able to pass off quality of the colour. Other required skills include: • Ability to be part of and lead a team by example. • Experience of team leadership • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility in worktimes. • Capability to work anywhere in a 24/7 shift. • Basic operating of Microsoft Windows and Excel.
