The ideal Service Team manager will have dealership experience preferably within a prestigious franchise, and have knowledge of Kerridge. Experience within a prestigious dealership service department will be advantageous but not essential. The ideal Service Team Manager I am looking for will be of smart appearance and have great customer service skills.
