My Client is looking for a new Inbound Call Centre Team Leader. You will need significant experience at being a team leader and for this specific role it would be ideal if that experience was as a team leader in an inbound customer service team. Ideally as a customer service team leader you would have been in charge of SLA’s, KPI’s, interviewing and recruiting. Last but not least, if you can carry this experience from the financial services industry… perfect!
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate daily workloads to team.
• Drive continuous performance development through coaching.
• Produce and analyse daily management information and provide recommendations.
• Proactively control and drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
• Understand the impact of forecasting, planning and logistics.
• Undertake training and development with team
• Complete all people management responsibilities (e.g. performance reviews)
• Reviewing processes and recommending improvement.
• Daily management of CRM system.
