FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER My client is a looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team at a fantastic golf facility. You will be looking after the entire food and beverage operation including functions, conferences, bar and casual food and beverage duty. The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly capable Food and Beverage Manager who can offer their members and guests a service which reflects the high standards of customer service they expect, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the Food & Beverage operations behind the scenes. Duties: • Day to day running and supervision of the F&B operation • Creating and delivery of menu choices • Purchasing and stock control • Developing the F & B business through quality and consistency • Controlling costs in line with budgets • Management of the Food and Beverage team, including rotas and training • Maintaining a close working relationship with other business areas of the golf club • Keeping to a high standard of Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business • Oversee the kitchen and be responsible for delivery of food margin You will ideally need: • A catering qualification is desirable • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills • A proactive approach to sales • Flexible to meet the needs of a 7-day business with varied hours • Personal Licence Holder would be an advantage, but not essential • Experience of a golfing environment is preferred but not essential Package: • £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum |
