IT Technician My client requires an IT Technician to join their team to provide IT helpdesk support to end users across the business. The successful IT Technician will be someone with experience within IT or recent graduates with limited experience but with an excellent can-do attitude. The IT Technician will need to be a team player and have a methodical approach to solving IT related problems quickly and efficiently. Based at the head office, the position will require some travel to another site and possible some European travel as required. You may also be required to work the extended IT hours of 7.30 am to 6.00 pm. The IT Technician Role: Hands on IT Helpdesk Support to 100 + users Raising tickets and placing orders Working on and helping mange IT change projects Proactively track the status of IT issues and ensure and fast resolution Resolving Hardware and Software issues Basic Hardware repairs The IT Technician Rewards: Basic Annual Salary of £21,000 - £23,000 based on experience |
