CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR My client needs an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in a professional customer service call centre. You need to have 6 months experience of working in an inbound customer service call centre. THE REWARDS:- • £16,500, raises to £17,000 after 6 month • Pension scheme (after 6 months) • Bonus scheme (after 3 months) Up to £3,000 annual bonus • SAYE scheme (after 2 years service) • Life Assurance • Subsidised gym membership THE COMPANY:- • My client is the market leader in their field and they have a leading Customer Service Team • They offer an excellent working environment with a quality bonus scheme • Progression is very achievable for an employee with the right attitude THE ROLE:- • To provide a first class telephone and email customer service to all external and internal customers • Maintain accurate and detailed system notes THE PERSON:- • You will need good clear oral communication and good listening skills • Have a calm and friendly disposition • Be organised, motivated, proactive and responsible • Be a good team player • Have computer knowledge • Customer Service experience |
