HR Recruitment Officer
Epsom, Surrey �25,000 - �28,000 TP490 permanent position	HR Recruitment Officer My client is looking for a new HR Recruitment Officer to join their HR department. Working closely with the head of HR, the successful HR Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for a medium sized business housing over 130 employees including resourcing, interviewing and set up of new starters. Alongside the Team Managers, you will be making development and training programs for all staff with a view to growing into a more rounded HR role. Experience with job boards and knowledge of social media and networking sites will be essential as you will be resourcing and matching candidates to fill 50+ positions per year. You will ideally need to be CPP or CTP qualified, however if you are currently studying for a CIPD, my client will consider a 50/50 sponsorship. The HR Recruitment Officer will need: � A bubbly person with a strong personality � To love recruitment � Be experience in resourcing candidates from job boards � A good knowledge of social media and networking sites � Be able to deliver initiative and help develop staff training programs � Be hands on and complete your own admin � Be an assertive go getter with good energy The Rewards: � �25,000 - �28,000 PA based on experience � A Discretionary bonus (starting from 2012)
