My client is looking for a Sales Associate to join their ever expanding and successful team within the renewable energy industry. The Sales Associate will need to be a customer focused, proactive and target driven sales person with an interest in renewable energy and sustainability. The Sales Associate will be responsible for acting on sales leads by telephone and email contact made by domestic customers. You will also be attending and conducting site surveys at customers houses, preparing and delivery customer proposals and seeing the sales process through to fruition. This position offers a fantastic chance to grow and progress within an already established and flourishing company. Within this position you will be required to work 45 hours per week. You will be selling into a territory including Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire so can be based anywhere in those areas although ideally closer to the Head Office in Leatherhead. The Sales Associate will need: Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone A consultative sales approach A proactive approach to generating and driving sales Effective negotiation and closing skills Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook An interesting in renewable and sustainable energy A full UK drivers license Desirable Attributes: Previous experience of Renewable/Sustainable Energy Degree level education in a related discipline The Sales Associate Rewards: A comprehensive in-house sales training program £20,000 - £23,000 PA based on experience An achievable £32,000 PA OTE Fantastic growth potential |
