My client is a worldwide leading company in IT solutions and they are looking for a new Administration Assistant to join their team in Farnham. The Administration Assistant will need to need good communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to prioritise a work load to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will need to be a problem solver with high attention to detail, flexible, adaptable and a customer orientated team player. The Administration Assistant will need to have excellent computer skills with knowledge of the relevant software as well as good knowledge of both clerical and administrative procedures and knowledge of standard office equipment.

The Administration Assistant role:
• Answering inbound telephone calls
• General administrative and clerical duties
• Opening/sorting and distributing mail
• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails to customers and other European Encore Companies including the US
• Scheduling meetings and appointments and making travel arrangements
• Working closely with the Accountant to allow efficient invoicing
• Any other Ad Hoc duties and all general administration as required

The Administration Assistant rewards:
• £20,000 - £28,000 (based on experience) PA
