Call Centre Team Leader
Surbiton, Surrey �21,000 - �25,000 PA / �4k Bonus TP509 permanent position	My client is looking for a new Call Centre Team Leader to join their ranks as soon as possible. The successful Call Centre Team Leader should have experience of leading a team in a call/contact centre and ideally be from a financial background. As Team Leader you will need to have an aptitude for motivating and developing staff along with strong customer service skills and first class communication. The Call Centre Team Leader will need to help the team achieve their targets and SLA�s as well as completing regular 121�s and performance reviews and call forecasting for resource planning.
