Finishing Shift Manager
Liverpool, Merseyside �40,000 - �45,000 PA TP517 permanent position	My client is looking for a �Finishing Shift Manager� to join their successful Gravure Printing Company. The Finishing Shift Manager will need experience in all finishing departmental processes and be able to adapt to ever changing scenarios and remain customer focussed. The Finishing shift manager will ideally have a recognised industry qualification and able to work agreed shift patterns and extra shifts as and when required. Management experience will be beneficial as you will be responsible for a team, including resource planning, disciplinary and performance reviews as well as general motivation and reporting. Ideal applicants may be someone from a Binding environment who has used Binding machines or someone from a stitching or poly bagging background.
