My client is looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join their ever expanding and successful team within the renewable energy industry. The Junior Sales Associate will ideally be a driven individual with the determination to succeed. An interest in renewable energy and sustainability would be an advantage but not essential. The Junior Sales Associate needs to be someone who is not afraid to be on the phone, proactively chasing sales and following up on potential leads. The Junior Sales Associate position will suit someone either with telesales or telemarketing experience or a graduate who is hungry to get into sales. You will be working a 45 hour week and may be required to make some site visits so you will ideally have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. The Junior Sales Associate will need: • Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone • A proactive approach to generating and driving sales • Effective negotiation and closing skills • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Desirable Attributes: • Previous experience of Renewable/Sustainable Energy • Degree level education in a related discipline • Previously Sales/Telesales experience The Sales Associate Rewards: • A comprehensive in-house sales training program • £18,000 - £22,000 PA based on experience • An achievable £34,000 PA OTE • Fantastic growth potential |
