Food and Beverage Manager
Basingstoke, Hampshire �20,000 - �22,000 PA TP535 permanent position	My client is a looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team at a fantastic golf course. You will be looking after the entire food and beverage operation, including conferencing and banqueting facilities as well as enjoying the benefits of the fantastic surroundings of a great golf course. The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly capable Food and Beverage Manager who can offer their members and guests a service which reflects the high standards of customer service they expect, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the Food & Beverage operations behind the scenes. You will be: � Day to day running and supervision of the F&B operation � Creating and delivery of menu choices � Purchasing and stock control � Management of the Food and Beverage team, including rotas and training � Maintaining a close working relationship with other business areas of the golf club � Keeping to a high standard of Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business You will ideally need: � A catering qualification is desirable � Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Package: � �20,000 - �22,000 Per Annum
