Head Chef
Farnham, Surrey �20,000 - �23,000 TP541 permanent position	My client is a prestigious golf club and they now require a full time Head Chef to join their small but busy team. The successful Head Chef candidate will need to have previous experience of Head Chef work and will be able to lead a team. The successful Head Chef will be preparing classic �pub grub� style food, but also needs to be capable of stepping up to functions and banqueting standards, such as weddings. You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen records, managing stock rotation/taking, keeping the kitchen clean in line with requirements and sticking to set margins. Your ideas will for menus and themes will be welcome in order to drive the business forward. The Head Chef Rewards � �20,000 - �23,000 PA � Club Membership
