Ryde, Isle of Wight Undisclosed TP545 permanent position	My client has an opportunity for someone to join their Technical & Compliance Team. You will need to be an excellent communicator with strong inter personal skills and enthusiastic approach. You should be self motivated, with a pro active approach to tasks and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will need to have the ability to interpret detailed information accurately with high precision. The Technical & Compliance Team role: � Assist with the preparation and implementation of new client schemes, including preparation of client services agreements and supporting information. � Assist with internal client file reviews and the regular validation of staff understanding/compliance to those internal processes relevant to their day-to-day roles. � Researching, reviewing and identifying potential risks associated with general compliance (including FSA) related issues. � Supporting in the delivery and recording of in-house training (including FSA and DPA), including creating training material or workshops and refreshing or improving existing training exercises.
