My client is looking for a new HR Business Partner to join their HR team. The successful HR Business Partner should be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent level of HR experience and be able to handle complex HR casework. Previous experience or knowledge of the Finance industry would be beneficial but is not essential. You will need to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and be able to adapt easily within a busy environment. The HR Business Partner will need to be a forward thinker, able to influence the decisions of senior managers and drive performance improvements across the board. You will be supporting the managers and employees by providing face to face HR support, delivering a mix of strategic and operational outputs.
