Surbiton, Surrey �30,000 PA + Bonus TP559 permanent position	Internal Recruiter My client is looking for a new Internal Recruiter to join their expanding HR department. The Internal Recruiter will be working closely with the HR team to oversee the recruitment process for a large business, housing over 300 employees. Your duties will include resourcing, interviewing and setting up new starters as well as liaising with Team Managers/Leaders, External Agencies and your HR colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process. Experience with job boards and knowledge of social media and networking sites will be essential as you will be resourcing and matching candidates to a wide variety of positions. A recruitment qualification would be a bonus but is not essential. The Internal Recruiter will need to: � Be a bubbly person with a strong personality � Love recruitment � Be experienced in resourcing candidates from job boards � Have a good knowledge of social media and networking sites � Liaise with other departments and external agencies � Be able to deliver initiative and help develop staff training programs � Be hands on and complete your own admin � Be an assertive go getter with good energy The Rewards: � �30,000 PA � 10% Bonus � Plenty of other benefits
