My precious client is looking for a Brand Manager, I am looking for a real all rounder, Sales Management experience, Accountancy, Marketing and knowledge of commercial law. You will have at least 2 years experience as a Brand Manager and ideally have a background in Sales Management. A professional Brand Manager embodies the company's image and convincingly represents the manufacturer brand. He/she distinguishes himself/herself through being a genuine leader and is a specialist in commercial areas of the automobile market. You will exude self-assurance, be reliable and trustworthy, have good manners and the ability to argue convincingly. Can you deal with pressure and be ready at all times to tackle demanding tasks. Are you able to pursue clear career goals and know what you have to do to achieve these? You will be required to stand by the company, even in critical times. Handle resources economically and responsibly, make decisions quickly and confidently even in difficult situations, since you should be able to evaluate risks and consequences. Recognise the abilities of individual employees and promotes these; allow able employees the possibility to go new ways on other levels. Recognise their own development needs, allows opinions and feedback to be expressed on your own performance and seriously considers constructive feedback. Promote communication, and have an "open door" policy and create synergy effects. You will have the ability to recognise superfluous, out-dated processes and initiates sensible changes. In projects you should be able to delegate responsibilities, reach target agreements with employees and monitor target achievement. Ability to deal with conflict and precisely and objectively back up your own standpoint. You should have knowledge and experience of methods of staff selection and HR development. A Brand Manager is an expert in business issues such as finance and accounting, controlling, tax and contract law. He creates added value and acts in the interests of the company. |
