Food and Beverage Manager Chef
Southampton, Hampshire �20,000 - �23,000 PA TP591 permanent position	My client is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager / Chef to join their team and take control of the catering operation. Based on a golf course, you will be managing all F&B staff and operations including bar and restaurant as well as being in the kitchen. As a chef you will be preparing day to day �pub grub� but also need to provide catering for functions and weddings. As Food and Beverage Manager you will be in charge of purchasing and stock control, maintaining kitchen records, creating new ideas and menus to drive the business forward, day to day management of the Food and Beverage team (including rotas and training), maintaining a close relationship with other business areas of the golf club and generally keeping standards high to ensure repeat customers.
