My client is looking for a Sous Chef / 2nd Chef to join their team. Based on a golf course, the Sous Chef will need to assist the Head Chef in providing day in day out ‘pub grub’ as well as being able to provide high standard food for weddings and functions. You will be mainly working weekends although mid week opportunities are available as and when the business requires. Shifts will include early morning breakfast and lunch shifts as well as some evening’s shifts when needed. This position would suit someone looking to get some further kitchen experience who is flexible with the hours available. Although this position is hourly pay and not a salary, it is a permanent role. Sous Chef Rewards: • £6.80 per hour • Variable hours |
